Are you following your own path, or the one you thought you ought to take? What difference could it make redirecting your energy and attention to the people who 'get you'? What does it mean to Trust the Process?
Stacie explores all this and more with our final guest of Season 2! Who just so happens to be a previous lecturer from Stacie's time at University... textile artist & designer, Becky Dodman-Wainwright.
Whilst Becky speaks through insight gained from her artistic projects and direction in her life, there is so much in this episode that applies to any one of us and the many areas of each of our lives.
We’ll be back in the Winter with Season 3, and we’re already looking forward sharing with you the the guests you’ll get to meet then!
In the meantime, be sure to subscribe to the channel, so that you’ll be first to know when the new season starts, and help us reach more people who need to know they’re not alone when feeling socially anxious, by leaving us a review.
